Ron Cook, owner and founder, directs the company’s land acquisitions. With over 30 years of buying and selling experience, Ron has gained the foresight to predict in which areas land values will most likely increase. Dave Richards is a graduate of Lawrence Technological University and a journeyman carpenter. After running a framing crew for 10 years, Dave ventured into construction management. Greg Trombley started in the business over 20 years ago as a laborer. He worked his way up to a Superintendent and then to a Project Manager, learning from all aspects of the home-building industry. Greg and Dave oversee the building operations for R. Cook Properties. Their on-site experience allows for increased service and accountability to our customers.

John Mazzei, President of Operations for Cook Development, supervises all land development. As a graduate from Wayne State University with a degree in civil engineering and environmental sciences, John’s engineering experience has proven to be invaluable to R. Cook Properties.
